Hive Data Checker License Agreement

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the software "Hive Data Checker" (hereinafter referred to as "Software") provided by Reifycs Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Reifycs"). By downloading, installing or using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property Protection
All copyrights, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the Software are owned by Reifycs. You may not modify or use the Software, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of Reifycs.

2. Redistribution
The User may redistribute the Software. However, when redistributing the Software, the User must ensure that the recipients comply with this Agreement.

3. Prohibition of sale
No person or entity is permitted to sell the Software under any circumstances.

4. Limitation of Liability
Reifycs shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Reifycs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Reverse Engineering
You may not modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.

6. Export Control
User agrees not to ship, transfer, or export the Software to any country prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or other applicable export laws (collectively, the "Export Laws"), or use the Software in any manner prohibited by such laws. You further represent and warrant that you are not a national or resident of any country to which the United States has embargoed goods, including but not limited to Iran, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, and North Korea, and that your receipt of the Software is not prohibited by applicable Export Laws.

7. Use of Third-Party Software
The Software may contain third party software and libraries. Please refer to the accompanying "ThirdPartyLicense.txt" for details and license terms of these third-party components.

8. Research Use Only
The Software is provided for research purposes only and may not be used for diagnostic or other purposes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Software shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

10. Support and Updates
The basic functionality of the Software is provided as freeware; however, additional features are accessible through the registration of a paid license. Reifycs will provide updates and support for these additional features only to users who have registered for a paid license.
